Peaceful Healing utilizes a third-party billing company, Therapist Solutions, to accept payments. You can call 860.535.9922 and make a payment over the phone. You can log into the Breeze app and make a payment online. You can also request an invoice by texting "INVOICE" to 708.971.0470. Lastly, we welcome you to make a payment in the office.
We require that you put a credit card on file upon admission. If you do not provide a credit card number upon admission, you are required to keep track of your balance and pay upon receipt of receiving a statement. If you do not pay your balance in full within 30 days, you may be asked to pause services on your account until your balance is paid in full.
If you do not pay your balance within 90 days, your balance will be forwarded to a collection's agency. Services will not be able to resume until you make a payment. Your prompt payment, due upon receipt, is greatly appreciated!
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers are required to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
