Cancellation Policy

We understand that you may need to cancel or reschedule your session, and it is best to reschedule or cancel as soon as you know you need to change your appointment time.


Out of respect for your own time and Jen's time, we require any changes to your appointment to be made at least 48 hours in advance.


If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours, a late cancel fee of $100.00 will accrue.


If you fail to cancel your appointment and do not show within 20 minutes of your appointment time (no call/no show), you will receive a no show fee of $125.00.


You are more than welcome to reschedule via call, text, or on the Breeze app.
